Secure and Confidential Storage
In the workplace there are documents that are confidential and need to be stored away so that you have space on your desk to allow you to carry out your job. The confidential documents need to be at hand and easy to locate so that you can access them promptly when they are needed.
The documents can be personnel documents, bank account information, salary figures, contracts, leases or any other confidential details of the business. These are all documents that a business may have to hold onto for a number of years until they can be destroyed.
